WTF is a unicorn transformation?
A magical kind, one you can only see if you believe.
Ironically my two most empowering photoshoots in my life plus the first one I ever did, I chose to wear this dress.
The unicorn transformation is what you can’t see below the surface.
It’s the growth from girl to woman to empowered authentic projector.

I was shy
I was weak
I was unconfident
I was insecure
Mentally, emotionally and physically.
And all of this is portrayed in my eyes and reflects my insecurities through that time of my life.

Originally worried about doing this planned shoot because I had put on a bit more weight post comp than I wanted but in all honesty during the shoot, being on the beach with my unicorn, in a pretty dress and some natural looking makeup I never felt more beautiful.
👆👆 2023 my most soul fuelling, aligned photoshoot of my life…
I literally woke up, washed my face, chucked on my fav dress + boots and jumped in front of Bridies camera. (BRV Creative)

What changed?
I went from zero thought about the fitness of any area of my life.
To learning the art of grasping a barbell correctly and effectively.
It sky rocketed my physical strength which led me to have more mental strength which aided my emotional strength.
Then I grasped the concept that evolving the fitness of your mind, body and soul is what brings the greatest growth to you and your life.
Beauty comes with doing the things you love and being surrounded by those that fill your heart and soul.
It’s not a number on the scales, a body fat percentage or how many abs can be seen.
And this is the philosophy behind my coaching.
